“Afanasy Nikitin: Road of Friendship” Motorcycle Rally

Dear Friends,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the "Afanasy Nikitin: Road of Friendship" Motorcycle Rally, which will take place on 15 August 2026 in Moscow to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of India's Independence.

The celebrations will begin with the official Flag Hoisting Ceremony at the Embassy of India in Moscow. 

Immediately following the ceremony, the motorcycle convoy will set off on its commemorative ride. Participants will travel through the central streets of Moscow, including the Garden Ring, symbolizing the long-standing cultural and historical ties between India and Russia. The motorcycle rally is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. from the Embassy of India (6–8 Vorontsovo Pole Street).

The event is organized by the NRI Club – Indian Compatriots in Russia, with Iron Compass Expeditions serving as the official organizing partner for the motorcycle rally.

We warmly invite motorcycle owners of all makes and models, car crews, as well as everyone with an interest in history, travel, and Indo-Russian cultural cooperation to join us and become part of this memorable occasion.
